The objective of the project is the realization of an extension of the Hotel Bellevue, thanks to the application of the “House plan”, obtaining about 9,400 additional mc, that will be entirely used for the realization of a new autonomous building body, from destined for residential use. The project consists in a single building whit a development in height of four levels. The number of apartments provided is 32 total units, with different configurations and dimensions. On the ground floor the residential units are all equipped with exclusive greens. Moreover, the project includes a swimming pool, located at the southern end. The project consists in a flexible building in respect of residential needs, with choices distributive and architectural that give recognition to the various elements of the project: residential envelopes, staircases, flat roofs, balconies and terraces, open spaces and surfaces, in this way the project has a relationship with the context.

L’obiettivo del progetto è la realizzazione di un ampliamento dell’Hotel Bellevue, grazie all’applicazione del “Piano Casa”, ottenendo circa 9.400 mc aggiuntivi, che saranno interamente utilizzati per la realizzazione di un nuovo corpo di fabbrica autonomo, da destinare ad uso residenziale. Il progetto consiste in un unico edificio con uno sviluppo in altezza di quattro livelli. Il numero di appartamenti previsti è di 32, con diverse configurazioni e dimensioni. Al piano terra le unità abitative sono tutte dotate di verde privato esclusivo. Inoltre, il progetto comprende una piscina, situata all’estremità sud. Il progetto consiste in un edificio flessibile nel rispetto delle esigenze abitative, con scelte distributive e architettoniche che danno riconoscimento ai vari elementi del progetto: spazi abitativi, scale, tetti piani, balconi e terrazze, spazi aperti e superfici, in modo che il progetto abbia un solido rapporto con il contesto.
